Evandro Cachone is a young farmer who is really enthusiastic about perfecting the quality of his coffee and diversifying his farm. In 2001, Evandro settled in Patrocínio in order to start growing his own coffee. He bought his first farm in 2004 in the micro region of Pântano.  Later, the willingness to start investing in the production of specialty coffees moved him buy a farm in Chapadão de Ferro, where this outstanding natural / anaerobic micro lot comes from.
