Tizita heads up the washing station in Bulessam in the Sidamo region of Ethiopia.  The washing station is managed by women and processes coffee from female smallholders in the region. This project started with Tizita's aim to empower women working in coffee from production to management of the station which is ok we admit it initially the reason we were desperate to be able to roast and share this coffee with you and it is delicious too.
