This speciality single origin Arabica coffee is from La Paz, a famous coffee growing region in South Honduras. The COMSA Co-operative is one of a few co-operatives we source from in the region. It was founded in 2001, initially with 69 farmers, who were struggling against the lack of investment and inadequate infrastructure. With continual investment into organic farming practices and training, the co-operative has grown to be 1,200 strong, producing high quality speciality organic coffee in these rich volcanic and fertile soils.
