The Carvalho family owns the Fazenda Cachoiera de Grama farm. The farm is located in the Vale de Grama, which produces most of the Brazilian coffees of the “elite” ranges. The family's land benefits from an area of ​​411 hectares, 100 of which are reserved for the coffee plantation. This farm, which employs 27 full-time people as well as 40 seasonal employees, also cultivates eucalyptus. Some coffee trees that can be found on the farm date from 1956. There is a school for about 300 children of employees.
