La Perla is a micro-lot processed in the San Jose farm, ( FAMILIA PAZ-MEJIA) located in the Santa Barbara region , after four generations of coffee growers the farm took the great step of processing micro-lots giving identity to the varietals and the different areas geographical areas of the farm.

This great family accompanies us throughout our history, giving us the best coffee and friendship for 10 years.

This farm presented their coffee in 2008 at the LA TAZA DE LA EXCELENCIA auction , and they were finalists, demonstrating the great work they do year after year.

They call it " La Perla" in honor of his mother "Doña Yolanda" , since that plot is his property, and his son " Don Jose Arnold Paz" exploits it and experiments, giving great results like that of this lot with a Process Washed.
