This Honduran coffee reveals a set of gourmet aromas with beautiful notes of dark chocolate accompanied by a woody side and a very light lemony touch on the finish. It is ideal for espresso, or for extractions in an Italian coffee maker.

FOCUS ON THE COOPERATIVE
Founded in 2012 on the initiative of some twenty local producers to promote the harvest of high quality coffee (SHG Coffee), the CAFESCOR cooperative now has more than 200 members in the region of Copan in Honduras. Cultivated coffees are of different varieties (Caturra, Catuhai, Red-yellow and bourbon) and extend over plots of land ranging from Corquin to Belen. The drying techniques used being diverse, the aromatic profiles of the selected beans are all rated between 80+ and 86+ according to the SCAA.
