From the Finca of the Dutra Edmilson and Warter brothers, this coffee is produced in the famous Minas Gerais region. The Dutra family is an example in specialty coffee by their eco-friendly practices by growing without chemical input. They also planted green barriers protecting the coffee trees against strong winds and providing ecological and natural control against pests. Water is also saved as much as possible for washing the grains. The plantation is currently certified organic but for the United States.
