MICRO-TORREFAZIONE ARTIGIANALE
Bugan Coffee Lab è una torrefazione artigianale in miniatura; piccola proprio perché non è come tutte le altre: monorigini arabiche da tutto il mondo, che grazie a una tostatura chiara, risaltano in tazza quegli aromi ormai perduti da tutte le torrefazioni: acidità, sentori floreali e fruttati, sentori delicati che lasciano al palato un sapore elegante e non invadente.

ACCADEMIA DEL CAFFÈ
Per diffondere la cultura del caffè occorre preparare anche le persone: Bugan Coffee Lab svolge corsi di formazione per baristi base ed avanzato, tostatura ed analisi sensoriale e corsi di certificazione SCAE (Speciality Coffee Association of Europe); aspirando a migliorare gli standard del caffè approfondendone la conoscenza e l’educazione.

COFFEE SHOP
Nel coffee shop è presente un bancone riservato a tutte le nuove tecniche d’estrazione, dove i clienti, oltre a degustare espressi, possono sbizzarrirsi ad assaggiare “speciality coffee”, piccole partite di caffè da tutto il mondo che qui vengono tostate, ridotte in polvere e servite.

AREA DEGUSTAZIONE (CUPPING)
Nella sala di degustazione, professionisti ed appassionati possono assaggiare infinite monorigini di caffè fatte arrivare da mezzo mondo e imparare tecniche di estrazione innovative importate dal nord Europa, quali: Filter coffee, Aeropress, Dripper V60, Cold brew, Chemex, Syphon e Clever dripper.
