This coffee is cultivated in the south of Mexico, on the land of Motozintla, between 1200 and 1320 meters above sea level in the shade of the Ingas.

The climate is temperate, with mild temperatures in winter and warmer in summer. Produced by Jorge Arreola Nava on his finca Santa Fé, it works to preserve coffee production by fighting against pollution, prohibiting hunting and the gathering of flowers.

The Santa Fé farm is located on the land of Motozintla, in the south of Mexico and at an altitude of 1200 meters. The climate is temperate, with minimum temperatures of 18 ° C in winter and maximum temperatures of 27 ° C in summer. This farmhouse steeped in history was created in 1855 by the initiative of a Mexican family. It was previously located in the Guatemalan zone, because Chiapas became Mexican in 1824.
