"Der Konfident" has a pleasant acidity reminiscent of cranberries. The taste is rounded off by sweet nuances of raisins.

Due to the special type of roast profile, the Kenyan coffee develops clearly recognizable origin and quality-specific characteristics in the cup. Highly aromatic coffee, rich and full-bodied, with a complex aroma of cherry and rhubarb, currant and floral notes.

Tips for preparation
It is best to grind fresh to enjoy the fine aromas to the fullest. This coffee is particularly suitable for preparation with the hand filter, the Chemex carafe, the Aeropress and of course for preparation in the portafilter machine.

100% Kenya, Nyeri Country Region, Kahuro, Arabica, washed. The Kahuro Washing Station was founded in 1975 by the Gikaru Society and is located in the Nyeri region. Cultivation height 1900m. Special climatic conditions, red volcanic soil, and also the SL28 variety ensure a special lot with lots of sweetness and complex aromas.
