This year, Mariposa is a blend of two different Rwandan coffees, a washed lot called Busanze and a natural lot called Abakundakawa. Rwandan coffees are balanced with great acidity and notes of citrus, raisin/dried fruit, spices and floral notes. The Busanze adds a bright floral tone and clean acidity to the blend while the Abakundakawa contributes the sweet, dried fruit and spice notes.
