Buku Sayisa is one of the highest elevated coffee growing areas in Ethiopia with an altitude of 2,350 meters above sea level where this coffee is grown and processed for export. The coffee farms are scattered throughout the Buku Sayisa area with abundant healthy trees growing as cash crops to the local farmers. Farmers in the surrounding(430 smallholder coffee producers in the Buku Sayisa Village) bring their red cherry to the local mills by horses, due to the uneven topography of the village. The dry fragrance is sweet strawberry, lime peach, and orange blossom fragrance, At first, you can feel the sweet berry flavors of Strawberry, blueberries, grapes, and peaches with the aroma of bergamot, frangipani, and violet. Strong and sweet floral fruity notes.
