A mixture of natural, honey-processed and washed coffees from selected farms in Brazil and Colombia. With notes of chocolate, nuts and a subtle spice, low in acid.

Suitable for fully automatic machines and portafilter machines. Ideal for espressos, cappuccinos and americanos.

Naming
This blend is named after the street cat Abraham de Lacey Giuseppe Casey Thomas O'Malley from Disney's film The Aristocats . A charismatic tomcat who knows his way around the backyards of the world and has found his place in our backyard .
