The coffee plantation San Isidro is owned by farmer Osman Rene Romero of the Aruco Cooperative . The farm is located in the Celaque area, in the Copan region. The plantation is large - almost 10 hectares, most of which is naturally growing tropical forest. Growing conditions in the shade give coffee berries a long and even ripening. This means that the coffee will taste more intense and sweeter. 

Osman, an  experienced and respected agronomist, belongs to the Aruco Cooperative and also oversees the activities of all members during the harvest. He was one of the first members of the Aruco cooperative to experiment with different treatments and create unique micro-lot coffees. It has inspired many members of the cooperative, thanks to which farmers have improved the quality of coffee and learned new techniques. 

This coffee is a blend of two subspecies, Lempira and Catuai, which was fermented in plastic barrels for 72 hours before drying. The berries are selected and cleaned at the Aruco processing station, after fermentation the coffee is dried on African beds for 20-30 days.

This coffee is  certified with the ORGANIC mark.

 - Prepare medium roasted beans with Moka Pot, French Press and espresso coffees.

- Prepare light  roasted beans with filter coffees such as V60, French Press, Chemex or Aeropress.
