This washed coffee comes to us from Arsosala washing station in Guji, Ethiopia. It’s grown by more than a thousand small-hold farmers, and blended and processed on site. This is a medium-acid coffee, balanced and sweet.

We only choose coffees that we know about. They are products that are seasonally available and traded as ethically as we can. This means, on the farm it was grown, the people who harvested it have been treated fairly to the best of our understanding. It means that fair prices were paid to the people who grew it, in efforts to create healthy profits for all involved. It means that when it travelled to us, efforts were made to maintain its quality.
