In this bag you will find our only mix in our range. All our coffees are lightly roasted to lift the flavors from the places where they grow. If you are used to dark roasted coffee, this is the one you should start with in our range and then perhaps look further into the world of specialty coffee. Keep in mind, however, that it is anything but dark roasted, but in relation to our single origins, which can be very adventurous, it is a good specialty coffee to start with. It is designed to be easy to work with and to suit most people.


The origin of the bag varies throughout the year to follow the growing seasons around the world. This is because we want to roast fresh raw coffee. See below where the coffee comes from right now.
The mixture gives a sweet and full-bodied coffee with a taste of cocoa and fruit. And a nice and lovely citrus acidity.

Espresso: dose about 20 grams of coffee on a double espresso, then brew about 45 grams of espresso in 25 seconds. The brewing temperature should be 92 to 96 degrees. Brew, boil, press: dose six to seven grams of coffee per dl of water. The brewing temperature should be 92 to 96 degrees.
Keep the coffee cool in its original packaging. The coffee is packed with nitrogen to stay fresh for a long time. After the bag has been opened, it should be consumed as soon as possible.

Now consists of:

A wet processed arabica of the subspecies caturra from Nicaragua, Procafé Coop, San Juan del Rio Coco, which grew at 1500 masl. 

A wet-processed arabica from Burundi, Long Miles Kibira, which has grown at 1600 masl.
