Lauro Pimenta, still more of a newcomer among the Brazilian coffee farmers, has introduced the latest, modern harvest and processing standards at the Fazenda Mira Flor. In 2016 his farm took 1st place in the Alta Mogiana Cupping Competition. Such competitions offer farmers a good opportunity to come into contact with green coffee traders and exporters from all over the world. Lauro originally started out as a warehouse owner in the coffee business. Then he decided to become a coffee farmer. Today he owns one of the most modern coffee warehouses in Brazil, which specializes in processing coffee for blends in addition to the production of single origins.

The Mira Flor Espresso is really a coffee for each of you! It reveals a subtle acidity, a full-bodied chocolate body and few bitter substances. We also find notes of walnut and prune.
