A new "natural" ALPHA!

Natural means that the beans are not separated from the pulp immediately after harvest, but are dried together with it for some time. This results in a special taste experience with intense berry tones.
 
This ALPHA comes from the Boji Washing Station. Boji is located in the Kochere region, near the city of Yirgacheffe and is one of the best and most sought-after growing regions in Ethiopia. The coffee cherries (variety heirloom) are dried for approx. 2-3 weeks after the harvest (depending on the weather), whereby they are turned every hour (!) In order to achieve a particularly high-quality result. This natural convinced us because of its fine fruitiness, which, in combination with the intense sweetness and berry tones, makes it a special natural.

To serve these demands we source excellent coffees and roast them lightly and deliver them freshly via mail.
