The Story

Pachamama is a Quechuan and Aymaran word from the indigenous communities in Bolivia that translates to "Earth Mother". We're extremely excited to bring you this new flagship blend, a nod to Alpaca Coffee's origin story, and a celebration of the beautiful planet we live on.

A blend comprised of two beans: our Brazilian São Luiz and Peruvian Gonzilla. 

The São Luiz Estate is a coffee farm in the Cerrado Mineiro region of Brazil, that's both steeped in history, and embraces modernity; with centuries-old agricultural tradition, and more than five decades in the coffee industry. 

The Gonzilla Estate in Peru is situated in the Andes mountain range, between 1,100 and 1,800 metres above sea level. The cool climate at this altitude means that the coffee fruit matures much more slowly, allowing the flavours to develop inside the bean.
