The most interesting thing in this coffee for me was a combination of red berries and chocolate flavours. Grind size: Chestnut C2, 17 clicks Water temperature: 96°C Ratio: 15 gr. : 250 ml Brew time: 03:00 I used a bloom + single pour to get a lighter body and juicer cup. Wasn't really satisfied with a heavy body. Like this coffee the most when it already cold, should try cold brew next time.
