Recipe: 12 g. coffee and 216 g. water, 93℃
24 g. for first 30 sec bloom
12 g. for second 30 sec bloom
then 3 pour by 60 g.
Dry aroma: light and fresh, tropical fruits, white wine (Vinho Verde)
Brewed aroma: light, fresh, fruity, tropical fruits (pitahaya)
Taste: jasmine, pitahaya, white wine, lightly puckery feeling on the upper gums after cooling
Aftertaste: long-lasting, tropical fruits (pitahaya, lychee), cocoa
Juiciness: light, fruity not bright
Body: medium smooth
Balance: very good
