Really unique coffee, kind of funky (in a good way) orange/citrus, chocolatey, and red apple notes. 11.5g coffee to 200g water at 200°F. 20 clicks on the Comandante.

Cupped 8.25g to 150ml water.
Prominent dark chocolate flavour. Dark caramel sweetness as it cools. Light acidity and light/medium mouthfeel.
Nice coffee. Didn't blow me away.
